Pick-up:
The counter at the Terminal 1 is located near the central exit of the central building on the first floor, and The counter at the Terminal 2 is near the No.2 exit of the north exit on the first floor. When visiting the Nippon-Rent-A-Car counter, we will take you to the rental office.

Return:
After returning the vehicle to the rental office, we will take you to the arrival floor on the first floor of the Terminal 1 and 2 by free shuttle bus.
* You cannot return the car at the airport.
(The transfer between the rental office and the airport terminal usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes.)

●Notice about free shuttle bus
Depending on road conditions, we may have you wait for pick-up and drop-off. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please plan in advance to have enough time for the return.

●Customers using Terminal 3, please come to the Terminal 2 counter.
●It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the access aisle (about 500 meters) to get from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2.
